Within three business days of a sale, Bath Masters sends a project manager to measure the bathroom, confirm all details, and check for potential issues. This includes inspecting the water shut-off and power systems for any electrical work. Design specialists work closely with clients, offering in-showroom consultations and on-site design visits. They help clients choose finishes, fixtures, flooring, and accessories to ensure that every bathroom is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The company then procures the necessary materials and promptly notifies the customer of the project’s advancement. Customers receive an installation date and regular progress updates through both email and text notifications.
Bath Masters’ installers also keep the customer informed about the job’s progress using real-time photos from CompanyCam. Once the project is complete, the company provides a closeout packet with care and maintenance instructions. The shower pan was customized with a ramp to meet VA specifications for grant eligibility, and the client was able to select colors and finishes that matched the existing decor. The result was a safer, more comfortable bathing experience that increased the client’s confidence and independence while maintaining the bathroom’s aesthetic and enhancing the home’s value.

Ten Years Strong: Rebranding, Growth, and the Future

Bath Masters recently celebrated ten years in business and introduced a significant brand redesign to mark this milestone.
