The increasing trend toward doing business entirely online only heightened with the onset of the pandemic that brought the global market on a single online forum. It offers a seamless web experience by anchoring to existing manufacturer websites and providing a rich content management tool to help them manage and publish important technical content, including BIM, Revit, 3-part specs, and sustainability. This software also allows AECs to create submittals on the fly with its submittal packages incorporated within a single PDF. They can also manage and publish important sustainability documentation.

One of the newest additions to Concora’s platform is its project showcase functionality that displays manufacturers’ products in actual projects in an engaging manner. It helps AECs visualize these products, learn their diverse usage, specify the products, track leads, and generate appropriate submittals. By offering videos, downloadable content, and custom project displays using the project showcase capability, Concora increases the professional trust for the manufacturers’ brands and products.

Another feature of Concora’s platform is its product category experience that guides the AECs to find the desired products quickly and efficiently. It allows manufacturers to highlight their product offerings, categorize them into refined listings, and provide highquality filters and custom search options based on AEC customers’ requirements. “To deliver a trusted experience to AECs, we ensure they stay on our client’s website by fulfilling their requirements and exceeding the expectations of their customers, thus increasing the retention rate and business growth for manufacturers,” adds Snyder.

Going beyond the mundane AEC engagement methodology, Concora ensures that its products align well with its broader customer base.
