It has a 300,000-square-foot facility in Eatonton, situated in a geographically strategic location for shipping within a 500-mile radius in just one day. All machines at the facility are in excellent operational state, and it invests heavily in capital equipment to ensure high-quality product outcomes.
It uses Monday.com, a project management software that has been customized to suit its needs and allows it to effectively oversee and track every project. This platform ensures that all departments, from supply chain to installation, are connected and organized, allowing the team to stay in touch. The average cabinet experience of the team of managers is 18 years, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business.
