Illustrating its excellence in the staffing space is its recent collaboration with a prestigious client Servpro, which provides water restoration services in the construction space. They were in need of 18 employees to replace a broken pipe due to heavy snow fall. Servpro approached ILCS for assistance, and it provided them with employees required to finish the project efficiently. ILCS has also assisted Servpro in many other projects.
In another instance, ILCS assisted the University of Cincinnati in collaboration with HGC, a leading construction company, for the past three years by providing 30 to 40 laborers for raising a tent for athletics practice in the winter season, called the Safely Athletic Field.
