In terms of construction, a modular home differs from a traditional house. People are probably driven by new home construction sites where materials are brought in and transformed into foundations, frames, and roofs. The home-building process is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and costly. Factory-built modular homes, on the other hand.
The house is not built in a factory, but workers in a controlled environment craft its individual pieces. When they have finished all of the pieces, they package them together and ship them to the construction site. All the builder needs to do is put the pieces together on a solid foundation. The modular home will then be ready for occupancy.
