Homeownership firm relies on competitive solutions for Denver homebuyers; Synergy One Lending serves as the state's launch partner.
FREMONT, CA: Mortgage bond benefits extend to borrowers and lenders. Because they have a claim on tangible assets, the lenders of such bonds have less risk of loss in the event of failure. Additionally, mortgage bonds enable less creditworthy borrowers to access significant capital at reduced interest rates. Ribbon, a company specializing in homeownership, has expanded into Colorado, with Synergy One Lending serving as its launch partner. Homebuyers in critical cities across Colorado, including Denver, can now upgrade their mortgage-backed offers to all-cash offers without a mortgage, appraisal, and house sale contingencies on homes that pass inspection.
"Colorado's popularity has boomed over the last several years, with good reason. Everyday buyers will have to consider making serious concessions on their wish lists to formulate the strongest offer that can compete against high-net-worth investors with cash-in-hand," states Shaival Shah, CEO, and co-founder of Ribbon. "Ribbons' mission is to level the playing field for Colorado homebuyers by empowering them with all-cash offers that can keep everyday folks at the top of the offer stack."
In one of the most competitive housing markets in recent memory, homebuyers are under intense pressure to overcome a lack of inventory, rising prices, Wall Street speculators, and rising rent, all of which threaten their chances of obtaining a mortgage. Despite these factors and the generation's ongoing economic difficulties, 43 percent of homebuyers in 2017 were millennials.
The desire for homeownership among millennials is essential for Denver's housing market, as this generation accounts for 33 percent of the city's population, with estimates indicating more growth as Denver remains their top relocation choice. Colorado Springs closely follows as the fifth most-desired destination among the demographic.
