Two types of color are fed into the machine in this process, leading to a very thick layer of a double-colored design on the tile.

Fremont, CA: Vitrified tile is a non-porous ceramic tile that is most commonly used for vitrified flooring as a replacement for marble and granite flooring and comes in a wide range of designs and colors. Hydraulic pressing, a mixture of clay, silica, quartz, and feldspar produces vitrified tiles. As a result, Vitrified tiles with low porosity are created. The pros and cons of vitrified tiles are –

Pros of Vitrified Tiles

· Because vitrified tiles are formed through the vitrification process, they are a very strong and homogeneous material. When clay is combined with feldspar and quartz, the materials combine to form a molten liquid glass sate, which solidifies to form vitrified tiles, a very hard material.

· Vitrified tiles are scratch and stain-resistant, and they can be used both indoors and outdoors.

· Indoors, they can be used in residential flooring and wall tiles in kitchens and bathrooms, while outdoors, they are ideal for high traffic areas.

· They have a consistent design, pattern, and texture.

· Vitrified tiles are simple to lay and maintain.

· Vitrified tiles are more durable than ceramic and porcelain tiles and can be used in high-traffic areas as well as in residential areas.
