A standout example comes from Miami Beach, where A 17-story historic building required interior cutting, while keeping its original facade completely intact. Rather than risk damaging it through traditional demolition methods, ScanTek used wire sawing to segment and remove the internal beams, columns and floor slabs, which were then carefully lifted out with cranes. That allowed the developer to retain the full character of the original structure while building a modern hotel interior behind it, preserving the street-facing aesthetic that defined the neighborhood’s charm.A True One-Stop Solution
