The requirement was to bring over a hundred workers with a background in engineering, construction, or construction inspection; train them, and put them to the task. Assigning full-time recruiters for the duration of the contract, Thompson met and exceeded client expectations and massively contributed to disaster response operations in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
